Hello Elizabeth:

What part of North Carolina? I have a Pallatiah Blanchard that married a Dorcas Briscoe. He had a son , Easton that married Absilla. I am real curious about your Palatiah. Not too many Pallatiah Blanchards that I know of... I only know of two. One is my great great grandfather, Pallatiah Blanchard Born 1823 in Gates Co, NC. The other is the above Palatiah Blanchard who Died in 1820 - Gates Co., NC.
