My ancestor, Donate Landry's (b.ca 1783 in LA) parents were Jacques Landry and Francoise BLANCHARD. Francoise and Jacques were on the 1768 census of the Acadian Coast and would have been in exile either in Maryland or PA since most of those Acadians came from there. Does anyone know who Francoise Blanchard's parents were or anything about this family prior to 1768?
