I am looking for the descendants of William Arthur Blanchard and Elizabeth Talbott (Winne) Blanchard who were married July 14, 1892. Elizabeth was born Oct. 24, 1858 in Oswego N.Y. Her parents were Edmund Winne and Mary Frances (Talbott) Winne. They were married in Richmond in 1857. Elizabeth had 3 sisters. I am looking for information on their ancestor Mary (Porter) Talbott.
