I am searching for William Blanch born 30 January,1850 in Westwell, KENT, ENGLAND. On several census records William Blanch is recorded as being born in Ashford and Smarden in Kent, England. William was born to a single mother and was most likely never educated.William lived in Smarden as a young child.
