I offer what I have, although it does not directly answer your question:
Thomas Blacklocke is named in:
1623 Colonial Records of VA, The List of the Livinge and the Dead in VA Feb 16, 1623
1623 Ship Passenger Lists, Carl Boyer
1624 Complete Book of Emigrants, Peter Wilson Coldham
1623 Original Lists of Persons of Quality, John Camden Hotten ("Hotten's Lists"): "on the Eastern Shore" (Accomack).
No wife or other family is named.
==============================
In the years 1643-1663, Accomack was known as Northampton County.
A Northampton County land grant was awarded in 1656 to Southy Littleton for the transport of 47 persons including "Thomas Blacklock & his wife & child." This is presumed to be the son of the immigrant Thomas, who must have gone to England in his teens or twenties, perhaps for more education or perhaps to find a wife; there he married and had a child before returning to this country. This is a conclusion drawn from the written evidence in the Littleton grant; other interpretations are possible.
===============
Individual Patents and Owners of Middle Accomack County Map 1600-1800:
In Year 1675, Land Block A87 includes:
Thomas Blacklock I
Thomas Blacklock II
Christian Blacklock (female)
Elizabeth Blacklock Foster
Thomas Foster
================
Thomas left a will in Accomack dated 29 Nov 1676 and proven 13 Sept 1677. He left his large plantation in Virginia to Thomas, his eldest son. The remainder of his estate was divided among his wife and three other children.

Maybe it will help.
