It is no wonder you cannot see my reasoning, as I didn't mention anything related to it. Ann Petty, dau of Maxmillian and Christian Petty, was sometimes called Ann Brisco, presumably because her mother married William Brisco in 1689 after Maxmillian's death. Ann was mentioned in his will. Christian then married John Vivion in Middlesex County, Va., 23 Feb 1704. Ann's daughter, Ann Smith b abt 1700 was mentioned in John Vivion's will. This is my line - where you branch off of Maurice, you think, I descend from Clara. Lyn
