I found a reference to a Willam Fields Blakey in the book (p19). In digging around here and there on the net I found a non-documented note that his wife's name is possibly Catherine Hannah- but I have no real proof.
FYI: the Blakey book does not go so far as to assert that the lineage is accurate previous to Churchill Blakey-Sarah George.
Churchill had a son named William, who may have been married to Constance Perkins and apparently had a son called "Fields" who is probably the Willaim Fields Blakey you are looking for.
