I'm trying to find information on Eugene J. RICE (b. 23 Jun 1835 in Cuyahoga Co., OH; d. 5 Dec 1907 in Perry, Noble, OK). He married Emma J. BLAKEY (b. abt 1840 in England; d bet 1880/1900) on 28 Sep 1860 in Dane Co., WI. They had three children--Melva E. (b. 8 Sep 1862), Jessie (b. Abt 1865), and Orson E. (b. 20 Apr 1870). The girls were both born in Wisconsin, and Orson was born in Ackley, Hardin, Iowa. The mother died sometime between 1880 and 1900, but I have been unable to pinpoint the place of her death or exactly where they were between the 1880 census (Hardin Co., Iowa) and the 1900 census (Noble Co., Oklahoma). I do have obituaries for both Orson and Eugene, but it doesn't mention exactly when the mother died. Anyway, if anyone has any further information on this particular line, or if you would like more information on what I have, I would really appreciate hearing from you! Thanks! "-)
