Sorry if I did'nt give you any new info. I have no knowledge of a Blakey entering into NC. But I have a Thomas Blakey, 38 yrs. Labourer coming from England but going to Iowa.He was a passenger on an immigrant ship RMS City of Richmond which docked at New York on 19 Feb. 1883.
