I am searching for information on the family of David Blakey, who married December 28, 1852 to Lettie Bowden. David was born July 1, 1830 GA and died July 2, 1908, probably in or near Shelby Co., TN. He was the son of William Blakey. Lettie was born March 6, 1836 Alabama and died May 16, 1913, probably in or near Shelby Co., TN. She was the daughter of William Bowden.
The only census record I have found for this family thus far is as follows:
1880 Census Shelby Co., TN 8th Civ. Dist. p. 190 household 290:
BLAKEY, David wm 49 Farmer GA GA GA
Lettie wf 44 keep house Alab. Alab. SC
Augustus M. wm 11 works on farm TN GA Alab.
Sarah J. wf 8 TN GA Alab.
Arnis? B. wf 6 TN GA GA
