Hi George, you have most of your information right, Robert Blakeslee born 1861, in Knox Co Illinois,to William T and Louisa Shinn. He married Ediyh Kern ,at Edina Missouri in 1809, After Emma Jones Died.
Robert Blakeslee was my wifes Grandfather.Hrr father was Frank kern Blakeslee. I have information dateing ,to Thomas Blakeslee in England
