Dear Ellen, thank you so much. I ordered the book from Amazon. I had ordered 3 books from them and they arrived safely, even tho they didn't help me. But, I am getting quite a collection of books that I might could help someone else.I had tried Dr. Seabrooks e-mail, but it is closed. I think the book will be here in abt. 10 days.
