I too would like to know more about Jacob Blakeney.
As best I can tell, Jacob Blakeney was born Jan 2, 1825 in South Carolina. He died December 5, 1889. He married Eliza Jernigan. They had 13 children. I have their names and birthdates, but not much else. I'd sure like to know more about this family and their descendents.
