About two weeks ago I learned that my gg grandfather, Zerah Blakely had been married
to a Lucy Wells sometime before 1826 when their daughter Lucevia was born 14 May 1826 in Conneaut, PA They moved to Wilkesville, OH in 1832 where their son Zerah F. was born
in 1838. Lucy Wells Blakely died in 1841.
Zerah married Harriet Strong Croy January 1842.
In a letter written by the son Zerah F. in
1900 he stated there were several other children born and died in the interval between the birth of his sister and himself.
Would like to find any information on this
family of my gg grandfather. I am from his
second marriage through daughter Hulda Rosalie Blakely.
