I have a Walter R. Blakely married to a Bessie with two children in the 1910 North Dakota census in Walsh County, city of Grafton.
The only reason that I did pick him up many years ago is that I believe him to be related in some way to my Blakely's here in North Dakota.
The two children that I have are a Harriet age 5 and a Walter age 1. My gggrandfather was Thomas Blakely, married to Mary Brown . They had two children Frances Jane, who died young and my greatgrandfather T.H. or Harry Blakely as we call him. He was married to Matilda Oleson and they had three girls, Florence, Frances and Mary. Florence married Robert Leeson and they had two children Walter and Keith. I believe Walter to be named after your Walter Blakely.
