I am seeking cousins for info. on Blakely's of Miss. who came from NC. Ours is an Ellis Blakely who marr. a Betsy Caffey in NC and moved to Choctaw Co. MS around 1845. Their children are, Henry c1830 NC, Robert c1832 NC, Lavina c1835 NC, Emily c1837 NC, Eliza c1837 NC, Martha C. (my conn.) c1839 NC, Mary H. c1841 NC, Nancy W. c1844 NC, Zilphia E. c1846 MS, that has to be a gr.mother's name passed down, (grin).
We have info. that William Templeton Blakely is the father of our Ellis and siblings, William Templeton, John, Henry, and James Robert. Can anyone confirm this and possibly add to it, many thanks, Katie.
