Mary E. Mobley 1922-2009

BRISTOLVILLE - Mary E. Mobley, 86, died Sunday, March 1, 2009, at her residence. She was born Sept. 28, 1922, in Silver Hill, W.Va., the daughter of Thomas and Austie Dunham Chambers. Survivors include her husband, Robert A.; three sons, Thomas W. of Bristolville, Fred of Warren and Donald of Mecca; six grandchildren; two brothers, Sherly Chambers of Southington and Ralph Chambers of Salesville. Preceding her in death were a son John R. Mobley, four brothers and four sisters. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Sager Memorial Cemetery in Bristolville.
There are some things that are wrong in this obituary. Birth date is September 26th or 27th, 1921. As she said they did not know for sure on what day she was born, as she was born at home. The grandshildrens names: Lisa Marie Mobley McCarty, Dawn Lynn Mobley, Bobbi Jo Mobley, Amy Lee Mobley, Joshua Todd Mobley, and Jessica May Mobley.
