I just found a civil war document on Ancestry. Samuel N Norman and Gillie A Norman widow. Evidently he was invalid then died in 1893. I also found a census in Christian County, Missouri, Polk Twp, ED 8 page 8, taken june 1880. On it was William H Davis and wife Nancy and Samuel Norman and Killiann (Gillie A?) could be! They had two children listed.
