Jacob Sandusky married his second wife Nancy Blades (Blaydes) on June 2, 1842. And they had six children:
1. William B.: born March 7, 1844 and never married
2. George Simpson: born January 12, 1846 who married Josephine Mildred Vincent and they had three daughters, Fannie Atler., Nannie (Permelia) B., and Mary B. all born in Shelby Co., KY. Fannie married John G. McKelvy
3. Thomas D.: born March 3, 1850 and died April 28, 1975
4. John T.: born July 8, 1851 and died April 15, 1852
5. Richard R.: born November 3, 1853 who married Lula Mitchell and they had three children, Mary s., Ivan Earl and Maggie L.
6. Mary Jane: born March 12, 1855 who married E. J. (Ephriam) Doss (he was the son of Jacob Ephraim’s sister Margaret or Margarette, making Mary Jane and Ephriam first cousins), they had two daughters , Margaret & Mary M.
