George Wilson Blackwelder please stand up

I thought I had found my Blackwelder through correspondence with Mark Arslan in 1978 and again on this site in 2000. Others had confirmed this. But Ancestry has changed my mind again. The 1850 census shows George Wilson Blackwelder, age 12 in the household of George, 57 and Elizabeth Blackwelder, 47 in Cabarrus Co. NC. The same year, in Stanley Co. there is a George (F.), 54 and Susan Blackwelder, 51 with a son (George) Wilson Blackwelder, age 10. Apparently, both of these George Wilson Blackwelders died in the Civil War.

G. W. Blackwelder, age 20, shows in the 1860 census of Hardin Co., TN with his wife, Mary Whitlow, 20, while G. W. blackwelder, age 22 is still living with his morther,Elizabeth, in Cabarrus Co. NC in 1860.

Any one else interested in this line?
David
