JACOB BLACKWELDER, b.1780, NC, d. 1859, Dudleyville, Tallapoosa Co., AL. Married c 1800 Elizabeth SUTHER (Suiter), b. 1785, NC, d. 1867, Dudleyville, AL. My rearch thusfar indicates that Jacob and Elizabeth are from Cabarrus Co. Both are known to have resided there in early 1800's. How does Jacob connect with the known Blackwelders of Cabarrus and surrounding counties? Many thanks in advance, Paul
