John, Johnson, Mathew, & James Blackstone in 1860

I am looking for any info for these 4 individuals. They are listed in the 1860 US Census for Twp.3 Range 4, Marion Co., Indiana.
It shows them to be living with my g-g-grandparents, Lewis and Telitha(though the census shows 'Delitha') Combs.
I'm wondering if they may be any relation to either of my grandparents. In 1880 my grandparents are shown in Madison Co., Arkansas. I haven't found any further information on the Blackstone boys.
If anyone can shed some light on them I would really appreciate it.
