Bob, in Texas, that was a great lead. I was floundering with misspelled or mis indexed names when I wasn't sure myself the correct spelling.
Harrison Blackmer/Blackman was Carrie Virginia Blackmer's (Mrs. George Moore)father.
He was living with his married daughter Ida in CT in 1880.
