Check out the Harrison Blackmer family in Berkshire Co, MA on the 1860 & 1870 census.
1860: enumerated as Harrison Blackman, Massachusetts, Berkshire Co., Great Barrington
1870: enumerated as Hanson Blackmore, Massachusetts, Berkshire Co., Great Barrington

Also in 1870 census in Connecticut, Fairfield Co., Danbury is a Benjamin Stowe, on same page is an Alice Blackman.
