I have a Blackmer/Blackmor line that runs through Michigan with the possibility of going back to Canada. Hannah J. Blackmer/Blackmor b 1818 md William Sweet in 1835 Cass Co., Michigan--this is my line. However, there is a Wilson Blackmor who md Mary S. Quimby 14 may 1839 in Cass Co., Michigan. We have an old letter stating that the Blackmer line was French-Canadian but can't prove it and Hannah J. Blackmer's mother might have been named Sophia Grimny (Spelling was hard to read). Do you recognize anything. email me at jen6@gateway.net
