Blacklers - Royal Navy - 1881
Happy Easter everyone!!
I notice the Blackler Forum has been quiet recently so here are the details of a few Blacklers who were in the Royal Navy at the time of the 1881 Census. Theywere on board a Royal Navy vessel at the time of the census which was either at sea or in a foreign port. Hope they are of use to someone. The occupations are as written in the census. Perhaps those of you with nautical knowledge could explain to us what they mean!!
