From the IGI, William & Ann had 3 children..
Charles [1777]
Ann [1775]
James [1781]
Again from the IGI the only marriage in the area for a Charles is ...
Charles Pheasant Blackler m Susanna Horsman, 3 Sept 1807, St Martin in the Fields, Westminster, London
A quick look doesn't show any children for Charles & Susanna
