I'm descended from Blackledges also. The only branch I can see that settled in Maine was Nathaniel Blackleach, son of Benoni, son of John. Nathaniel died at York, ME before September 1726 leaving 1 son, Jabez Blackleach also born in York. His son, Jonathan Blackledge, (note the change at this point in the spelling of the name) whose daughter Sarah is my ancestor. Jonathan had children, Mary b. 1719, a Sarah who died in childhood, David who also died in childhood, Hannah bon 1729, Betty born 1732 and my Sarah born 1736. It would appear that no sons survived to carry the Blackledge name to the next generation. Your Martha must descend from a Blackledge who migrated to ME later than mine in order for her to be born in 1793. You might check the York and Wiscasset areas for info on her though.
