Does anyone have any further information on the descendants of Robert Hartley Blackledge and Esther Thompson? I have the following, but would like contact with any living relative. The last information I have is that some of this family may have lived in/near Harrisville, Harrison Co., OH.
Robert Hartley Blackledge was born on 7 Feb 1794 in Bucks Co, PA. He died on 30 Aug 1879 in Harrisville, Harrison Co., OH. He was buried Harrisville, OH. He married Esther Thompson on 27 Dec 1821 in Short Creek Meeting House, Jefferson Co. OH. Esther Thompson was born on 19 Nov 1798 in Chester Co, PA daughter of Aaron and Sarah (Balderston) Thompson. She died on 10 Oct 1846 at Short Creek, Jefferson County, OH, and was buried at Short Creek.
Children: Ann Blackledge, Aaron Blackledge & Israel Blackledge

Aaron Blackledge was born 14 Aug 1827 in Jefferson Co., OH. He married Lydia Duncan (or Dugan) 9 Oct 1850.
Children: Esther Ann Blackledge, Charles Edwin Blackledge, Jesse Blackledge & William R. Blackledge born 14 Jun 1859 and died 22 Jul 1859.
Esther Ann Blackledge born 17 Oct 1851. She married James Courtwright 3 Sep 1879.
Charles Edwin Blackledge born on 12 Dec 1854. He married Arabelle Haynes 10 Sep 1884.
Jesse Blackledge Jesse married Martha Moore 21 Nov 1888.

Robert Hartley Blackledge purchased a farm on the Short Creek, Short Creek TWP, Jefferson Co., OH from his father-in-law Aaron Thompson.
