Geri,
After many years of searching for my gg-grandfather I think I may have found him in your Black Hawk post (G) Florida war (2/02). His name was Hardy Gaddy and wife Nancy M.(Malinda)of the TN Vol. Is there any other information on Hardy? Or may be someone can point me in the right direction. I would like to confirm if it is him. Hardy Gaddy headstone has he was a Private US Army and Indian Wars. Hardy was born 1815 Anson County, NC died 1895 in Walker county, AL. That is all I have on him.
