The only Blackfords that I know that resided in KS were my Great Grandparents Matthew Wiley and Hannah Jane (Ashton) Blackford. They moved from the Bridgeport, OH area to Mitchell Co., KS in 1879. I have information on his parents, grandparents, and some on the great grandparents.
