Joseph Blackerby b. early to mid 1700's

Just now starting to do research on Joseph Blackerby. He would have been born abt. 1725 give or take a few years, possibly in Virginia.

Joseph married Judith Rioutt/Routt. They were living in Fauquier County, Virginia in 1782 when his daughter Judith Blackerby married Justianian Maddox.

Judith died in Laurens County, SC. My Maddox line moved to KY then SC then AL in and around Calhoun and Blount Co. I believe that some of the Blackerbys did also as there are still some Blackerbys in the area. Don't know if kin or not.

Would like to correspond with anyone from this line to share info.
