Okay, still searching for this William W. Blacker line...I believe I have some info on your Cummins line, you may already have but here goes= in 1847/48/49 school records of Franklin cty (district 3 of twp #8 in range 2) 1847 lists Thomas, age 9; Martha Ann, age 19; Elizabeth, age 17; Ellen, age 6. parent is John Cummins. The John Cummins in 1870 census (b. 1795 in PA) is probably the parent of the above family..there is also a Thomas Cummins (b. 1804 from Ire.). I'll do some more checking on this Blacker, and will get it to you if I find anything.Good luck.
