We may have something here. My Thomas J. Cummins was born in Tyrone Co, Ireland abt. 1803. He immigrated through NY in 1826,on to PA, and on to Franklin Co., IN that same year. There he married Lucinda Cummins, my great great great great aunt in 1827. Thomas was naturalized in 1836. Lucinda died in 1868, and is buried in the Cummins/Simmons cemetery in Springfield TWP, IN.
