Hi. I'm interested in the Blacker line,it's possible this William Blacker is from the line of Patrick Blacker from Co. Armagh Ireland...but need more info to determine who William was. Could your Cummins line be that of Thomas Cummins b. 1804 from Ireland? Just a hunch as both Cummins' and Blacker's settled in Franklin cty, Springfield twp.
