Searching for the ancestry of Sarah Blacker who was born in New Jersey - as stated on the 1860 Illinois census - in 1806. She was married to J. Ford who was also born in New Jersey. They lived in Ohio, possibly Indiana and settled finally in McDonough Co., IL. They had numerous children, some of whom may have been Louisa, Joseph, Margaritta, Emma, Adelaide and George. There may have been 5 other sons. It is assumed that they died and are buried in McDonough Co., IL.
