Searching for descendants of Willis W. Blacker, born 1849 in Keokuk County, Iowa to Robert and Anna (Abraham). Willis married Susan Emeline Burge (known as Emma, born 1852) and their child was Frank. they lived most of their last few years in Iowa although Emma died in North Dakota.
