Ok, heres my crazy situation. My mother had a father that she never met named Jesse (Jessie) Hoyt Blackburn. She was born in Ohio, So i know he lived in Steubenville Ohio for atleast some period of time. I know he was born on May 4th, 1933, he was married to another woman, whom was NOT my grandmother, and had a daughter named Dianna Blackburn around the same time my mother was born, January 23rd, 1956. Jess(i)e died July 7th, 2003 in Rutherford, TN. I know he had a Brother, and I know he remarried, to possibly a Lucile? I am looking for any information i can get, but most specifically his Parents names. Any information would help.
