If you are using version 6.3
1)copy the text then paste it into some thing like Word turn on paragraph marks so you can see the end of each line, delete the lines with only paragraph marks.
2) Back in BK delete the internal file (one of the buttons at the bottom of the page where the text is displaying,
3) now click the "Click here to create text" button back in Word do a select all and copy,
4)back in BK do a shift+insert and then save the changes.
