Unexpected Error Message

Hello:
I hope that I am in the right place.
I recently purchase a Grandma CD2 which has information on my family tree on it. When I install Brother's Keeper everything seems to work fine until I try to open the program. I get a window that says "Unexpected Error quiting" and then it shuts down without even opening. I am running Windows 95 and have 1.2 gigs on my hard drive so there is lots of room. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to fix this problem I have already gone to the BK site and downloaded the program from it with the same problem.
I would really appreciate any help from someone.
