Begin any of the 5 lines with $$ followed by a label or name of your choice. Then click on the little button at the left side of the line. That will open up pages of space to add as many notes as you like. I usually use the assigned bk number of the person as the beginning of the label following the $$ and then their name in order to keep each person separate. For example, if you enter $$John for adding notes for John Doe...and then again use $$John for adding notes for John Adams, the program will think they are the same person. So, I enter $$112 John for John Doe and $$113 John (or whatever his bk code is) for John Adams. Remember, when you type in a label, do not use any punctuation...just an alpha or numeric label. If you use any punctuation, the notes may not print properly on the reports. You can also use any of the lines for entering scanned photos. Hope this helps...MLL.
