Ruth,
I don't know how computer literal you are so let's try this:
1) When you are in the report section from the file menu select create an RTF file (you are a register user correct? If not this option may not work.Write down the name and location of the file you create.
2) Load your Word 2000.
3) Open the file you created in step one and print it.
This will tell us if it's a printer driver problem or BK problem.
