If you have not already tried this, the following will fix the freeze problem on many computers Go to: Start Settings Control Panel Display Settings Advanced Properties Performance Hardware Acceleration Set to None (As opposed to Full) Apply Restart Computer If you have an older version of Win 95 then pick Start Settings Control Panel System Performance tab Graphics Hardware Acceleration Set to None (As opposed to Full) OK choose Restart Computer when it asks
