Hi there,

We just found this record on our family history. We are thrilled about finally finding an Irish link, but dismayed at how difficult the record tracing has been.

We have James LANIGAN (from his daughter's tombstone) alternately spelled, Lanergan, Lonabie, Lolagan and Lonagon, in the various Massachusetts sources.

He married Rhoda Howland (of the Mayflower/Pilgrim family) on 2/19/1824. Had children: Thomas, Mary Jane, and James.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Kathleen
