When I first started using BK many years ago I had less than 100 entries and gave little thought to the structure/location/naming conventions of my folders, data files/photos/birth certificates/documents, etc.
My data base has now grown to 2000 entries and is about to be copied to a fourth computer, so I thought it time I organised everything better than they now are.
I would be interested in learning how others have structured their folders and the naming conventions used for their files.
Additionally is there a means by which you can globally change folder/file names when you move them to a new structure?
