The CD "Svenska Ortnamn 1999/Swedish Place Names 1999" also lists a farm called Söderhamn which is in Ljusterö-Kulla parish. That is in the kommun (municipality/township) of Österåker in the län (county; not city) of Stockholm.
You may be lucky, as many of us have been, and be able to find a parish name in Sweden using the fabulous Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. They do NOT have online records but they do have a website telling about "some" of their extensive record collection. They have materials which are difficult or impossible to find elsewhere, and are deservedly popular. There is a waiting list of a few months, but if you go there and do your own research, the wait will probably be much less. You do need an appointment.

Records were kept in the parish in Sweden so you want a smaller location than a city and a larger location than a farm.
When did he first emigrate? There is a column for a year of immigration in the censuses for 1900-1910-1920-1930. Check all of them since the years aren't necessarily consistent in these censuses.
Here is a maybe from Emibas but perhaps yours didn't use Björklund when he emigrated. Most of our ancestors used a patronymic name (son/dotter name) until after emigrating and only later took on a surname such as Björklund. (Arbetare = worker.) This record doesn't say where he was born. It just says where he left from. Johannes is a name often Americanized to John. (John is not common compared to many other versions of "John" in Sweden.)
