Not sure if you have marriage info on your John and Celia, this is info. from
Illinois Statewide Marriage Index (a joint project of the Illinois State Archives and the Illinois State Genealogical Society) from microfiche at the Chicago Public Library (dbs Sept 1997)
The project is a partial listing, not all counties and not all dates are included.
