Lisa,
I think that Jesse's father was John Bittle(1750) and his mother was Elizabeth Bass. Have no positive documentation.
There is a Jesse listed as one of the sons of the above. This is the only place I have seen a Jesse Bittle listed.
His brothers and sisters (if I am correct) are listed in the info concerning John Bittle, NC 1750 in the forum.
