My grandmother was Arrenia Crabtree Bittle who was born abt 1818 in Ky. The name is so unusual that I'm sure we are connected. I know she had a daughter named Arrina born Jackson Co. Mo. born abt 1858- 1859...there were six children..David born 1838; George born 1 Jan 1840; Ann abt 1842; Mary abt 1844;Lydia born 8 Feb 1856; and Arrina abt 1858-1859; Her parents were Nathan Imanuel Bittle born 26 Apr 1814 Germany; Married 30 May 1836 Jackson Co. Mo; died 26 Mar 1896 burried Jones Cemetary, Independence, Mo burried 28 Mar. 1896. My great- grandfather and your Arena were brother and sister. Don't be misled by the name spelling...I've seen Arena spelled..Arenah...Arrenia...Arrina...but I am sure because of the dates and names we are cousins..I have more info if you want to e-mail me: dmcmurrin@aol.com
