I have heard from Bittings in the UK, perhaps the ones to whom you referred. I am a descendent of the Bittings who came to Pennsylvania in 1723. I haven't been able to identify the city of Wisbech. Can you provide any more information as to its location? I am trying to trace the origins of the family in Germany, and am curious about possible connections to the UK Bitting family.
